CCIE Training in Bangalore
The Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification is the highest level of technical networking credentials offered by Cisco. It challenges your expertise and helps advance your career in the networking field.
Globally recognized as the most respected certification in networking, CCIE highlights network engineers who have advanced skills and mastery of Cisco products and solutions. These certified professionals are known for their deep technical knowledge and are often assigned the most complex network challenges.
Moreover, the CCIE program is constantly updated to ensure it remains relevant and valuable. It sets the standard for networking expertise through a tough written exam followed by a performance-based lab exam.
Since it started in 1993, the CCIE certification has been a benchmark for identifying top-tier internetworking experts globally. Currently, CCIE-certified professionals represent less than 3% of all Cisco-certified individuals and less than 1% of networking professionals worldwide.
At IP4 Networkers, we offer comprehensive CCIE training in two domains:
1. CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure
2. CCIE Security
Prerequisites
While there are no formal prerequisites for CCIE certification, candidates must pass a written qualification exam followed by a hands-on lab exam. It is recommended that you have a deep understanding of the exam topics and at least three to five years of job experience before pursuing certification.
Step One: CCIE Written Exam
The journey begins with a two-hour written qualification exam that covers networking concepts and equipment commands. Passing the CCNP CORE exam makes you eligible to schedule the lab exam.
Step Two: CCIE Lab Exam
The eight-hour lab exam tests your ability to configure actual network equipment and troubleshoot issues under time constraints. You must attempt the lab exam within 18 months of passing the written exam. If you do not succeed, you must re-attempt the lab exam within 12 months of your last attempt for your written exam to remain valid. If you don’t pass the lab exam within three years, you must retake the written exam to try again.
